Description of the flag
I found this in the Waymarking Municipal Flags category, dated December 2016.

The logo was first posted on the city's FB page in January 2014, but I don't know when the flag was adopted.
The flag is white with a green outline of Texas across which is written the name and date. The location of the city is shown by a red star.
