Description of the flag
The City of Liberty finally has their new city flag. No one at the Tuesday evening, Dec. 8, city council meeting knew when it arrived or who delivered it, but they found in the city council chamber the town's new flag, designed last spring by a Liberty Middle School student and adopted by the council in August. The flag has a white, five-point star on a field of red with the Liberty Bell in the center of the star
