Description of the flag

I don't know when the flag was adopted, but a photo of the town's public library in Wikipedia is dated 1 January 2007
(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Round_Rock_Public_Library).
The flag is white, with three "paintbrushed" stripes in two shades of blue and red, in which lies a white star. The name is below in blue and red.
