I also have a table flag of Tyler, Texas, which I assume is from the '90s or '80s. The physical copy is made of cotton instead of the more common polyester/nylon. It uses an earlier version of the logo and no real text. "T" is clearly the city's initial and over it is a rose, most likely because Tyler is known as the "Rose Capital of America".
