Description of the Flag

A photo from a recent newspaper article,https://www.newsbreak.com/utah/herriman/news/0P96N4bR/utah-lowers-flags-for-covid-19-victims(photo alone: https://img.particlenews.com/img/id/22fisU_0P96N4bR00) shows a flag for the city. The date of the flag is unknown, but the logo first appears on the city's Facebook page in 2012.
