Description of the flag

The flag is a white field with the town seal in the center.

The town seal is an vertical oval with a blue border. Inside it is a scene which depicts a river flowing through a valley with dotted forests and mountains on ether side during a sunny day. At the bottom of the oval is another oval, this time stretched horizontally with a golden lasso border. Inside the oval is the incorporated date with a symbol in between them which resembles the Virginia state initials. Above and below the ovals are white banners which reads the town and states name.
