Description of the flag
A white flag with a central logo of a disk half chocolate brown and half white, the field boundary being a city skyline. Chocolate City USA is written in the sky area, and BURLINGTON, WI around the bottom. The reason Burlington calls itself Chocolate City is because they are the home of Nestlé. They even have a Chocolate Festival every year.
