Description of the flag

A white flag bearing the city logo.After seeing undated photos of the flag on the Internet, I emailed the city and received this response from Administrative Assistant Franca Carls:

"The City of Kenosha's rebranding project started in 2015 and was completed in 2016. The flag displays our logo which is seen here in my signature panel. We ordered flags in 2016."

The City of Kenosha, Wisconsin, replied to me with a photo of the flag and image of the logo. According to the Kenosha city clerk, the flag must be from 1950s or 1960s, but he couldn't find any document about it.
