Description of the flag

A blue-bordered white flag showing a large blue ribbon bearing the town name being pulled by a biplane. Superimposed on the ribbon is a church. Below the ribbon is a winding river, a barn and silo and a windmill. At the bottom in small capital letters "THE BEST OF RURAL AMERICA - SINCE 1852".
