Black Bear Village is a single building apartment community located in University Town Center, which is the commercial center of the town of Granville. It was constructed in 2017 and was finished in 2019. It is owned by Sparks living, a apartment housing company responsible for several apartment developments.
The flag is made of a white field with the community logo in the center.

The logo is made of hexagon with the community name in the center. Above the name is a set of three pine trees, and under is a silhouette of a black bear.
