The new flag of the Park County, Wyoming
From County Commissioners Minutes, May 2012 :

"Tami Keehn, Grants Compliance Officer, presented the winning flag design for the Park County Flag. This project originated from the request of the Wyoming State Fair that all twenty-three counties have a "County Flag" at the 100th anniversary of the Wyoming State Fair in August. Elementary school students from eight schools in Park County were asked to design a County Flag. The grand prize winner is Abby Manchester, a fifth grade student at Sunset Elementary School. Abby will receive a cash prize of 100.00andtheschoolwillreceive100.00 and the school will receive 100.00andtheschoolwillreceive1,000.00. An awards ceremony of all prize winners will be held June 19, 2012."
