The flag of Buffalo can be seen athttps://sheridanmedia.com/news/31003/local-peo-chapter-celebrating-with-parade. It depicts a circular device with the name of the city and state in uppercase letters. In the center of this device is a buffalo, the namesake of the city, with many different landscapes within it. It appears to depict a blue sky with a snow-capped mountain, with a river running between red rocks and a green landscape. The buffalo's horns, eyes (?), and the wool on its head are intact.
