About Judejut
It is a multi-sport event held annually with competing young athletes from some regions of Chile, Argentina, Bolivia and Peru; "Judejut" is a contraction of "Juegos Deportivos de la Juventud Trasandina", meaning Trans-Andean Youth Sport Games. This event/organization uses slightly different logos in each yearly iteration, but always with the same basic design: Four hands holding the neighbour's wrist wicker-wise, each patterned after a flag of the four participating countries:

However, this/these logos do not seem to be used on flags. See however nice photo online of sportsmen holding the flags of Chile, Peru and Argentina (in the middle), the latter in the relatively rare plain triband version.
