Background
The South African Caravan Association (_Suid-Afikaanse Woonwa-associasie_in Afrikaans) was formed in 1969 for campers, caravaners and hikers in South Africa.

South African Caravan Association flag
The flag of the South African Caravan Association was registered at the Bureau of Heraldry on 04 May 1973 (Certificate 690 dated 07 June 1974) with the following description : "Horizontally divided into three stripes of equal width, the middle one yellow, the upper divided vertically into blue and red, the lower into red and blue."
The Association website currently displays a logo as shown above.
