The Republic of Helderberg is an independent country located in Southern Africa and was founded on 28 August 1957. Before this date it used to be only a Residence for men at the University of Stellenbosch.

We are governed by a Cabinet and President elected annually.

We have recently introduced our new flag and would like to see it on Flags of the World.
