Meaning:
According to this online dictionary, the word "flag" in Solresol (a 19th cent. artificial language project) is "f'amilasi" (see under "drapeau", since this is a French-Solresol dictionnary). Solresol can be written in several ways, all reflecting its basic syllable structure of musical notes. These two pagesgive synonimy to French nouns "pavillon", "fanion", "étendard", "drapeau" and "bannière" and verb "flotter au vent".
"F'amilasi" is not one of the original words originally created by François Sudre (trusting this site); its syllable structure implies (in the way a ”philosophical language” does via its in-built systema naturæ) that flags are related to communication and outdoor activities: According to this online dictionary, neighbours of "f'amilasi" are "f'amilare" = "tent" and "f'amila" = "courrier".

I could find no explanation for the apostrophe in "f'amilasi", as opposed to plain "familasi", except that most polysyllable words in the site uniovi.es/solresol/ share this feature.
