The Wrong Kind of Poles (original) (raw)

According to Jean-Pierre Mangin (Guide Mondial des Timbres Erron�s. Yvert & Tellier, vol. II, 2005, p. 94) "the poles pictured are tele_graph_ poles" not tele_phone_poles. I am not sure where the difference lies.
