Banks, Mr. F. L. Booth, Mr. T. Cape, Mr. R. W. Glass, Mr. W. Golightly, J.P., and Mr. W. P. Richardson. These additional members are appointed for the purpose of the investigation which is being undertaken into the methods adopted in the coalfields of Cumberland, Durham and Northumberland.
