Tian Han (田汉; pinyin: ti�nh�n) (March 12, 1898 - December 10, 1968) was a Chinese playwright. He fashioned himself sh�uchāng (寿昌, uncle great wild goose), and had various other pen names, including b�h�ng (伯鸿), Chen Yu, sh�r�n (漱人), and h�nxiān (汉仙, the Chinese immortal).

Tian Han was born in Changsha, Hunan province. He is best known for writing the lyrics of The March of the Volunteers, which is the national anthem of the People's Republic of China.
