When Do God's Two Witnesses Arrive ? (original) (raw)

The following scriptures prove that God�s two witnesses are on earth giving their testimony for almost the same 1,260 days that Satan is tribulating the left behind after Michael kicks him out of Heaven to earth. The two witnesses 1,260 days and Satan�s 1,260 days overlap by 3 � days. The two witnesses arrive 3 � days before Satan 1,260 days begin which means the two witnesses ascend to Heaven just before the third woe, which is the battle of Armageddon and the Second Coming of Christ. Satan�s 1,260 days ends when he is chained in the bottomless pit for 1,000 years.

Revelation 11 (KJV)

3 And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth.

7 And when they shall have finished their testimony, the beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit shall make war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill them.

8 And their dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified.

9 And they of the people and kindreds and tongues and nations shall see their dead bodies three days and an half, and shall not suffer their dead bodies to be put in graves.

10 And they that dwell upon the earth shall rejoice over them, and make merry, and shall send gifts one to another; because these two prophets tormented them that dwelt on the earth.

11 And after three days and an half the spirit of life from God entered into them, and they stood upon their feet; and great fear fell upon them which saw them.

12 And they heard a great voice from heaven saying unto them, Come up hither. And they ascended up to heaven in a cloud; and their enemies beheld them.

13 And the same hour was there a great earthquake, and the tenth part of the city fell, and in the earthquake were slain of men seven thousand: and the remnant were affrighted, and gave glory to the God of heaven.

14 The second woe is past; and, behold, the third woe cometh quickly.

15 And theseventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.

Revelation 16 (KJV)

16 And he gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon.

17 And theseventh angel poured out his vial into the air; and there came a great voice out of the temple of heaven, from the throne, saying, It is done.

18 And there were voices, and thunders, and lightnings; and there was a great earthquake, such as was not since men were upon the earth, so mighty an earthquake, and so great.

19 And the great city was divided into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell: and great Babylon came in remembrance before God, to give unto her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of his wrath.

Many Christians who believe in a 7-year tribulation do so because they believe the two witnesses are on earth 1,260 days before Satan 1,260 days on earth. These believers incorrectly add the two witnesses 1,260 days to Satan�s 1,260 days which equals 2,520 days or 84 months or 7 years and that is how they arrive at a 7-year tribulation.

Revelation 1:1 tells us "The Revelation of Jesus Christ which God gave Him TO SHOW HIS SERVANTS............". We believers are the servants.

Revelation 1:3 tells us "Blessed is he who reads and those who hear the words OF THIS PROPHECY, and keeps those things which are written therein...."

Don�t you think that Jesus would have revealed to us a 7-year tribulation in the Book of Revelation if there was one? God�s tribulation of the whole earth is 1,260 days or 3 � years long.
