Notes 1 We don't have a precise date for the founding of Vinyalondë, but we know that it took place during a voyage that immediately preceded Aldarion's formal recognition as King's Heir of Númenor. That took place in the year II 800, so Vinyalondë must have been established at some point in the preceding few years. See also...
