Much loved, much spoiled, much missed.

This boy was never small; he weighed around 6.5 stones (91 lbs or 42 kgs) when he was fully grown. He was in the "friendly" queue when brains were being distributed - he would lick anyone to death! Where food was concerned, Pavlov would have been proud of him. Raq was the last of the pets to arrive - and the first to go. He loved to cuddle up to Suzie; he enjoyed being spoiled by her - she spent a lot of time washing his face. Raq tried to make friends with Wellington but with little success.

In June 2008 Raq's successor - Magnet - arrived. Magnet is a gun-dog, much smaller than Raq but far noiser!
