Aleksandr Y. Neproshin – political ethnologist, academician of the International Academy of Spiritual Unity of the People of the World, corresponding member of the Public Academy of Sciences, Culture, Education and Business of the Caucasus, member of the Council of Curators of the Russian Congress of the Peoples of the Caucasus. He is the author of books “Abkhazia. The legal basis of state system and sovereignty”, “Independent Abkhazia. Reality and solutions” and many scientific reports on the problems of the state system and sovereignty of Abkhazia.
