Named 2019 Apr 06 for the Jul’hoan mythological character [MPC112434].

Companion discovered 2008 Nov 13 by W. M. Grundy, S. D. Benecchi, M. W. Buie, K. S. Noll, S. B. Porter, H. G. Roe, J. A. Stansberry, and C. A. Trujillo using Hubble Space Telescope observations from Hubble Space Telescope. Announced 2011 Sep [G11b]. Permanent designation I G!o’e!Hu, assigned 2019 Apr 06; named for the mythological Jul’hoan horn [MPC112434].
