Dear Comrades,
Iskra No. 61 carried, probably by mistake, an announcement that not only letters but also money intended for Iskra and_Zarya_ should be sent to Axelrod’s address.
The public might interpret this as meaning that a special fund was being established to finance the publication of Iskra and_Zarya_, whereas actually all funds for the purpose come_exclusively_ from the Central Party treasury administered_exclusively_ by the C.C.
We ask you to correct this mistake as soon as possible.
