Dear A. M.,
It’s a long time since I wrote to you. Our trip is being constantly put off: the main obstacle at present is the lack of news from Brussels. My friends wrote to me from there that I am expected at a meeting of the Bureau (International Socialist). I asked the secretary when I should come (because, I said, I had to go to Italy). _There’s still no reply._But I mustn’t miss Brussels.
Have you received Proletary? What are your intentions about it, then? And what about An. Vas.? It was with regret that I got his refusal to write about the Commune.Innokenty is our third editor.
Drop me a line about what plans you and An. Vas. have for Proletary.
