Could you get some learned military X.Y.Z. ... to reply (fast) to the following question: aeroplanes against cavalry?_Examples._Flying quite low. _Examples._So as to issue instructions on the basis of “science” (I read something about this once, ??? but one “practitioner”, I. N. Smirnov, ridicules it, and says it’s nonsense).
