Comrade Volkov:
I have read your letter.[1] You are wrong. Our policy will not wreck our (trade) relations with France, but will accelerate them.
We have already made a gain by getting France _away_from the intervention plans, and shall gain even more.
We have a way to trade negotiations with France.
