Comrade Adoratsky:
I am enclosing what you have requested.[1]I am writing to Kamenev.[2]I am ill and will probably be unable to see you or help with Marx’s letters. Kamenev will help you; so you will have someone to consult with. Concentrate on the letters: this is an important international undertaking. Select the most important ones. The notes should be brief, clear and precise (+ a comparison of Marx’s comments with those of such-and-such “authoritative” bourgeois_reactionary_ scientists).
Regards!
Yours,
Lenin
