International Socialist Review - Contents by Issue (1956-1970) (original) (raw)
Publications Index | Encyclopedia of Trotskyism | Marxists’ Internet Archive
International Socialist Review was the theoretical journal of the U.S. Socialist Workers Party. Published out of New York City (the party’s National Headquarters) the ISR is the direct continuity of Fourth International (1940–1956) and The New International (1934-1940). Originally published quarterly, with the growth of the SWP in the late 1960s during the anti-Vietnam War movement, the journal went bi-monthly in starting in the beginning of 1967. All issues of International Socialist Review from Volume 31 Number 3 (Whole No. 198) are subject to copyright and are therefore not in the public domain.
All the full issues in PDF format are provided by the Riazanov Library Project, Marty Goodman, Director, and with help from the Holt Labor Library. The HTML versions of each article were produced by Einde O'Callaghan. Clickling on the linked volume and issue number will bring you to the PDF version of each issue. The individual articles listed below each of those links are in HTML and will display immediately in your browser.
