A polymorph of Duftite apparently isostructural with Descloizite (for literature see Duftite). Modern studies needed.
Originally described from Tsumeb Mine (Tsumcorp Mine), Tsumeb, Otjikoto (Oshikoto) Region, Namibia.
Guillemin (1956) distinguished two kinds of duftite: "duftite-α" = duftite (space group Pnam) and (Ca-bearing) "duftite-β" = duftite (space group P212121).
