15 οὗτοι ἡγεμόνες υἱοὶ Ησαυ υἱοὶ Ελιφας πρωτοτόκου Ησαυ ἡγεμὼν Θαιμαν ἡγεμὼν Ωμαρ ἡγεμὼν Σωφαρ ἡγεμὼν Κενεζ 16 ἡγεμὼν Κορε ἡγεμὼν Γοθομ ἡγεμὼν Αμαληκ οὗτοι ἡγεμόνες Ελιφας ἐν γῇ Ιδουμαίᾳ οὗτοι υἱοὶ Αδας 17 καὶ οὗτοι υἱοὶ Ραγουηλ υἱοῦ Ησαυ ἡγεμὼν Ναχοθ ἡγεμὼν Ζαρε ἡγεμὼν Σομε ἡγεμὼν Μοζε οὗτοι ἡγεμόνες Ραγουηλ ἐν γῇ Εδωμ οὗτοι υἱοὶ Βασεμμαθ γυναικὸς Ησαυ 18 οὗτοι δὲ υἱοὶ Ελιβεμας γυναικὸς Ησαυ ἡγεμὼν Ιεους ἡγεμὼν Ιεγλομ ἡγεμὼν Κορε οὗτοι ἡγεμόνες Ελιβεμας 19 οὗτοι υἱοὶ Ησαυ καὶ οὗτοι ἡγεμόνες αὐτῶν οὗτοί εἰσιν υἱοὶ Εδωμ

15 These, then, were the Edomite chieftains: of the family of Eliphaz, Esau’s first-born, Theman, Omar, Sepho, Cenez, 16 Core, Gatham, Amalec, all Edomite chieftains descended from Eliphaz, and so through Ada. 17 Of the family of Esau’s son Rahuel, the chieftains called Nahath, Zara, Samma and Meza, all Edomite chieftains descended from Rahuel, and so through Esau’s wife Basemath. 18 And three chieftains, Jehus, Ihelon and Core, were sons of Esau’s wife Oölibama, who was daughter of Ana. 19 So the descendants of Esau (or Edom) are named, after the chieftains who ruled them.

15 Hi duces filiorum Esau: filii Eliphaz primogeniti Esau: dux Theman, dux Omra, dux Sepho, dux Cenez, 16 dux Core, dux Gathan, dux Amalech. Hi filii Eliphaz in terra Edom, et hi filii Ada. 17 Hi quoque filii Rahuel filii Esau: dux Nahath, dux Zara, dux Samma, dux Meza: hi autem duces Rahuel in terra Edom: isti filii Basemath uxoris Esau. 18 Hi autem filii Oolibama uxoris Esau: dux Jehus, dux Ihelon, dux Core: hi duces Oolibama filiæ Anæ uxoris Esau. 19 Isti sunt filii Esau, et hi duces eorum: ipse est Edom.

20 οὗτοι δὲ υἱοὶ Σηιρ τοῦ Χορραίου τοῦ κατοικοῦντος τὴν γῆν Λωταν Σωβαλ Σεβεγων Ανα 21 καὶ Δησων καὶ Ασαρ καὶ Ρισων οὗτοι ἡγεμόνες τοῦ Χορραίου τοῦ υἱοῦ Σηιρ ἐν τῇ γῇ Εδωμ 22 ἐγένοντο δὲ υἱοὶ Λωταν Χορρι καὶ Αιμαν ἀδελφὴ δὲ Λωταν Θαμνα 23 οὗτοι δὲ υἱοὶ Σωβαλ Γωλων καὶ Μαναχαθ καὶ Γαιβηλ Σωφ καὶ Ωμαν 24 καὶ οὗτοι υἱοὶ Σεβεγων Αιε καὶ Ωναν οὗτός ἐστιν ὁ Ωνας ὃς εὗρεν τὸν Ιαμιν ἐν τῇ ἐρήμῳ ὅτε ἔνεμεν τὰ ὑποζύγια Σεβεγων τοῦ πατρὸς αὐτοῦ 25 οὗτοι δὲ υἱοὶ Ανα Δησων καὶ Ελιβεμα θυγάτηρ Ανα 26 οὗτοι δὲ υἱοὶ Δησων Αμαδα καὶ Ασβαν καὶ Ιεθραν καὶ Χαρραν 27 οὗτοι δὲ υἱοὶ Ασαρ Βαλααν καὶ Ζουκαμ καὶ Ιωυκαμ καὶ Ουκαν 28 οὗτοι δὲ υἱοὶ Ρισων Ως καὶ Αραμ 29 οὗτοι ἡγεμόνες Χορρι ἡγεμὼν Λωταν ἡγεμὼν Σωβαλ ἡγεμὼν Σεβεγων ἡγεμὼν Ανα 30 ἡγεμὼν Δησων ἡγεμὼν Ασαρ ἡγεμὼν Ρισων οὗτοι ἡγεμόνες Χορρι ἐν ταῖς ἡγεμονίαις αὐτῶν ἐν γῇ Εδωμ

20 There were other chieftains native to the land, descended from Seir, the Horrite. Their names were Lotan, Sobal, Sebeon, Ana, 21 Dison, Eser, and Disan; all Edomite chieftains, but Horrite by race and descended from Seir. 22 Lotan had a sister called Thamna, and the names of his two sons were Hori and Heman. 23 The names of Sobal’s sons were Alvan, Manahat, Ebal, Sepho, and Onam. 24 Sebeon had two sons, Aia and Ana. It was this Ana who was feeding his father’s asses, when he came upon hot springs, out in the desert. 25 He had a son called Dison, and a daughter, Oölibama. 26 Dison’s sons were called Hamdan, Eseban, Jethram, and Charan; 27 Eser’s were called Balaan, Zavan, and Acan; 28 Disan’s were called Hus and Aram. 29 Thus the Horrites had for their chieftains Lotan, Sobal, Sebeon, and Ana, 30 Dison, Eser, and Disan. These were the Horrite chieftains who bore rule in the land of Seir.

20 Isti sunt filii Seir Horræi, habitatores terræ: Lotan, et Sobal, et Sebeon, et Ana, 21 et Dison, et Eser, et Disan: hi duces Horræi, filii Seir in terra Edom. 22 Facti sunt autem filii Lotan: Hori et Heman. Erat autem soror Lotan, Thamna. 23 Et isti filii Sobal: Alvan et Manahat et Ebal, et Sepho et Onam. 24 Et hi filii Sebeon: Aja et Ana. Iste est Ana qui invenit aquas calidas in solitudine, cum pasceret asinos Sebeon patris sui: 25 habuitque filium Dison, et filiam Oolibama. 26 Et isti filii Dison: Hamdan, et Eseban, et Jethram, et Charan. 27 Hi quoque filii Eser: Balaan, et Zavan, et Acan. 28 Habuit autem filios Disan: Hus et Aram. 29 Hi duces Horræorum: dux Lotan, dux Sobal, dux Sebeon, dux Ana, 30 dux Dison, dux Eser, dux Disan: isti duces Horræorum qui imperaverunt in terra Seir.
