What is PBworks commitment to the GDPR?
We are continually working on maintaining compliance with the laws and requirements for personal data privacy and security in the countries that we serve. We have dedicated resources to compliance with the GDPR and all departments in our company are involved in the process.
We have and are:
- Training our employees in the requirements of the GDPR
- Updating internal procedures to meet GDPR requirements
- Updating our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service
- Made an inventory of our processing activities and data collection
- Created a ‘Right of the Data Subject’ form on our website as required
- Sent out Data Processing Agreements to our suppliers, where necessary
