The 5,400 square foot bed and breakfast is located in the western end of a warehouse building in the heart of the Inman Park/Old Fourth Ward neighborhoods.
The building was originally constructed in 1950 as a cotton sorting warehouse on the railroad line. The line has since been renovated into the Atlanta BeltLine. The building features a 30-ft high, bowed wood ceiling, held up by a system of metal beams and girders.
The bed and breakfast's main living space is downstairs with one bedroom, one bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining room and two offices. The 2nd floor has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a laundry room. There are three bedrooms available for rent.
