Uruguay, October 12-November 2. All games played in Montevideo. Brazil withdrew. Paraguay was chosen by the CSF to organise the tournament, but the dirigents rejected that honour claiming that they didn't have the necessary infrastructure. However, they did organise the tournament, but in uruguayan territory.
