Tournament open to 1907 local association leagues (kretsserier) champions, except in Smaalenene and Kristiania og omegn where separate cup qualifying tournaments were held.

22/9: Mercantile - Sarpsborg 3-0

Match statistics

Four teams from the region of Smaalenene arrive in Porsgrunn, all of them claiming the right to play the final against Mercantile, but NFF finally decide that Sarpsborg will play the final.
