Soyuz-2-1b rocket variant

The most significant change in the transition from Soyuz-2-1a rocket to the 2-1b variant (14A15) was replacement of the RD-0110 engine with the RD-0124 and the respective re-design of the third stage for a different propellant component ratio required by the new propulsion system.
