Your Mission: Eat great food and exercise every day! Parents can help, but you are the only one who can make sure that you are eating quality foods and getting enough exercise. You have the power to stay fit!

Nutrition Mission guides kids through nutrition and exercise concepts as established by the USDA through animated pages and games. The Food Groups section takes the viewer on a tour through all of the food groups, and describes what foods they include and why they are important to a balanced diet. The Exercise section explains the importance of exercise to our bodies and minds, and offers suggestions for different kinds of fun exercises. There is also a section called “For Parents,” which offers tips for educating children about the importance of a balanced diet.
