Jeanne Moseley

In 1955 when Jeanne Moseley was about to start first grade, her family relocated to Waxahachie from Little Rock, Arkansas. Other than a few years here and there, she's been a permanent resident of that small Texas town.

Career pursuits over the past 25 years meant spending most of her daylight hours in the "big city", but at night, she'd always come home to the tree-lined, historic streets of Waxahachie to enjoy the company of her family and friends.

Her parents built Waxahachie's only radio station in 1955, this remains her family business where Jeanne now airs a weekly program, "People & Places of Ellis County."

It was her upbringing in a small Texas town that provides Jeanne most of her story ideas. Now, after a 25-year career, she's spending more time among her neighbors.
