Drusilla, Texas, Wood County. (original) (raw)
History on a Pinhead
Drusilla had its post office granted in 1895. The following year the town had eleven businesses - including a book store run by the postmaster. Although there is no record of a proper school in Drusilla, there was at least one person listed as a teacher.
The post office closed in 1899 and the population dispersed until it stopped appearing on maps.
