Dear Stacey,
We would be happy to grant permission to reproduce Nancy Green's text, although we will need to check for permission with Nancy Jarzombek, who no longer works here. We need to locate her in order to contact her. As for images, we do not have the rights to reproduce several of the images in the catalogue, as we do not own many of those works, and we do not control copyright to any of them. Is there a possibility that we can release the text to you, but not the images? Otherwise, we will need to contact the lenders of the works to ask their permission before releasing their information to you in order for you to request their credit lines and permissions. Further to that, copyright is still under control for many works by estate groups or through Artists Rights Society in New York. I will be out of town for the next few days, but as soon as I return I will look for and contact Nancy Jarzombek, and we should talk more about this process. Thank you for your interest, and please let me know if you have any questions!
