Jeanne de Boulogne, Comtesse d'Auvergne et de Boulogne was born circa 1326. She was the daughter of Guillaume XIII de Boulogne, Comte de Auvergne.1 She married, firstly, Philippe de Bourgogne, Comte de Boulogne, son of Eudes IV de Bourgogne, Duc de Bourgogne and Jeanne II de France, Comtesse d'Artois, in 1338.2 She married, secondly, Jean II, Roi de France, son of Philippe VI, Roi de France and Jeanne de Bourgogne, on 19 February 1350. She died in 1361. She was also reported to have died in 1360 at Chateau d'ArgilyG. She was buried at Saint-Denis, Île-de-France, FranceG.
She gained the title of Comtesse d'Auvergne. She gained the title of Comtesse de Boulogne.
