Thomas Bulkeley, 1st Viscount Bulkeley of Cashel was born on 10 August 1585.2 He was the son of Sir Richard Bulkeley and Mary Burgh.3 He married Blanche Coytmore, daughter of Robert Coytmore and Lumley Lloyd.2 He died before 1659.3 He died intestate and his estate was administered on 23 June 1659.3
He held the office of Sheriff of Anglesey from 1641 to 1642.3 He was created 1st Viscount Bulkeley of Cashel, co. Tipperary [Ireland] on 6 January 1643/44.3

Marie Gabrielle d'Audibert, Comtesse de Lussan1

Marie Gabrielle d'Audibert, Comtesse de Lussan was born in 1675.2 She was the daughter of Jean d'Audibert, Comte de Lussan and Marie Françoise Raimond.1 She married, firstly, Henry FitzJames, Duke of Albemarle, son of James II Stuart, King of Great Britain and Arabella Churchill, on 20 July 1700.1 She married, secondly, John Drummond, 2nd Earl of Melfort, son of John Drummond, 1st Earl of Melfort and Euphemia Wallace, on 25 May 1707 at St. Eustache, Paris, FranceG, without the knowledge, and to the displeasure, of her parents.1,3 She died on 15 May 1741 at Saint-Germain-en-Laye, Île-de-France, FranceG.1
From 20 July 1700, her married name became FitzJames. From 25 May 1707, her married name became Drummond. She gained the title of Comtesse de Lussan, Languedoc. After her marriage, Marie Gabrielle d'Audibert, Comtesse de Lussan was styled as Countess of Melfort on 25 January 1715.

He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Waldegrave, of Hever Castle, Kent [E., 1643] on 26 May 1684.3 He was created 1st Baron Waldegrave of Chewton, co. Somerset [England] on 20 January 1685/86.3 He held the office of Comptroller to the Household from 9 February 1686/87 to December 1688, King James II.3 He held the office of Lord-Lieutenant of Somerset between July 1687 and November 1688.3 He held the office of Envoy Extraordinary to France in November 1688.3
