Angus 'Oig' Macdonald, Lord of the Isles1

Angus 'Oig' Macdonald, Lord of the Isles was born before 1296. He was the son of Angus 'Mor' Macdonald, Lord of the Isles and unknown daughter Campbell.1 He married Agnes O'Cathan, daughter of Guy O'Cathan. He died in 1330.1
He was styled as Lord of the Isles.1 Angus 'Oig' Macdonald, Lord of the Isles also went by the nick-name of Angus 'Oig' (or in English, 'the Younger.1') ‘The Lesser.2' He fought in the Battle of Bannockburn on 24 June 1314, where he commanded holders.1

Llywelyn ap Iorwerth, Prince of North Wales was born in 1173.1 He was the son of Iorwerth ap Owain and Margaret ap Madog.3 He married Joan (?), daughter of John I 'Lackland', King of England and Clementina (?), in 1205.2 He died in 1240.4
Llywelyn ap Iorwerth, Prince of North Wales also went by the nick-name of Llwelyn Fawr 'the Great'.4 In 1194 he recovered the crown of North Wales from his uncle David.4 He gained the title of Prince Llywelyn of North Wales in 1195.5 He hanged the Anglo-Norman baron, William de la Braose, for having an affair with his wife.

William Sutherland, 5th Earl of Sutherland1

William Sutherland, 5th Earl of Sutherland was the son of Kenneth Sutherland, 4th Earl of Sutherland and Margaret of Mar.2 He married, firstly, Margaret Bruce, daughter of Robert I Bruce, King of Scotland and Lady Elizabeth de Burgh, between 2 August 1345 and 28 September 1345.3 He married, secondly, Joan Menteith, daughter of Sir John Menteith of Rusky, before 9 November 1347.1 He died between 27 February 1370 and 19 June 1371.4
He succeeded as the 5th Earl of Sutherland [S., 1235] on 19 July 1333.1 He fought in the Battle of Neville's Cross on 17 October 1346.2
