Margaret Caulfeild was born circa 1635 at Donamon Castle, County Roscommon, IrelandG.2 She was the daughter of William Caulfeild, 2nd Lord Caulfeild, Baron of Charlemont and Mary King.1 She married Sir George Acheson, 3rd Bt., son of Sir Archibald Acheson, 1st Bt. and Margaret Hamilton, on 3 November 1659 at Markethill, County Armagh, IrelandG.3 She died before 1685.2
From 3 November 1659, her married name became Acheson.1

Johanna Everard was the daughter of Levimus Everard.2 She married, firstly, Sir John Hamilton, son of Claud Hamilton, 1st Lord Paisley and Margaret Seton, before 1604.1 She married, secondly, Robert Sempill, 4th Lord Sempill, son of Robert Sempill, Master of Sempill and Barbara Preston, circa 13 September 1604.1 She married, thirdly, Captain Patrick Craufurd after 1611.1 She married, fourthly, Sir George Marbury after 1612.1 She died on 14 June 1638.1
From before 1604, her married name became Hamilton.1 After her marriage, Johanna Everard was styled as Baroness Sempill.2 From after 1611, her married name became Craufurd.1 From after 1612, her married name became Marbury.1

Robert Sempill, 4th Lord Sempill was born before 1569.1 He was the son of Robert Sempill, Master of Sempill and Barbara Preston.2,3 He married by contract, firstly, Lady Agnes Montgomerie, daughter of Hugh Montgomerie, 3rd Earl of Eglinton and Agnes Drummond, on 11 September 1583.2 He married, secondly, Johanna Everard, daughter of Levimus Everard, circa 13 September 1604.1 He died on 25 March 1611.1
In 1572 he had made over to him by his grandfather the posts of Justiciar and Baillie Regality of Paisley.4 He succeeded as the 4th Lord Sempill [S., 1488] on 17 January 1575/76.1 He held the office of Scottish Ambassador to Spain in 1595.4 He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.) [Scotland] in 1597.4

Esmé Stuart, 3rd Duke of Lennox was born circa 1579.2 He was the son of Esmé Stuart, 1st Duke of Lennox and Catherine de Balsac.3,4 He married Katherine Clifton, Baroness Clifton (of Leighton Bromswold), daughter of Sir Gervase Clifton, 1st Lord Clifton (of Leighton Bromswold) and Catherine Darcy, in 1609.1 He died on 30 July 1624, from spotted fever.5,4 He was buried on 6 August 1624 at Westminster Abbey, Westminster, London, EnglandG.
He succeeded as the 7th Seigneur d'Aubigny, de Berry [France, 1423] on 26 May 1583.3 He was naturalized as a English subject in 1603.4 He was created 1st Earl of March [England] on 7 June 1619.6 He was created 1st Baron Stuart of Leighton Bromswold, co. Huntingdon [England] on 7 June 1619.6 He was appointed Knight, Order of the Garter (K.G.)4 He held the office of Great Chamberlain of Scotland.4 He succeeded as the 3rd Earl of Lennox [S., 1580] on 16 February 1624.4 He succeeded as the 3rd Duke of Lennox [S., 1581] on 16 February 1623/24.3 He held the office of Sheriff of Dunbartonshire.4

Sir Frederick Hamilton was born between 1578 and 1603. He was the son of Claud Hamilton, 1st Lord Paisley and Margaret Seton.1 He married, firstly, Sidney Vaughan, daughter of Sir John Vaughan.2 He married, secondly, Agnes (?) before 1646.2 He died on 31 March 1646.2
On 18 March 1620 he received by Patent a grant of Carrowrosse in the barony of Dromahere, County Leitrim.3 Between 8 December 1621 and 10 September 1623 he was directed to have the command of the first company of foot or horse which fell vacant in Ireland.3 He was a commissioner for assessing the sum of £400 on County Leitrim in 1627.3 He gained the rank of Captain on 29 January 1627 in the 50th Foot.3 He gained the rank of officer in the Swedish Army.1 He held the office of Governor of the Province of Ulster.2 He lived at Manor Hamilton, Dromahaire, County Leitrim, IrelandG.1
