Andre de Brienne, Sire de Ramerupt was the son of Walter II, Comte de Brienne and Humbleline (?)1 He married Adele, Dame de Venisy, daughter of Anseau, Seigneur de Venisy, in November 1167.1 He died on 14 October 1189 at Acre, IsraelG, killed in action.1
He gained the title of Sire de Ramerupt.1 He fought in the Third Crusade, where he commanded the advance party of French troops.1 He fought in the Siege of Acre on 14 October 1189.1

He gained the title of Sire de Venisy.1 He gained the title of Sire de Ramerupt.1 In 1216 he claimed the County of Champagne in the right of his second wife, but the Peers fo France decided against him.1 In 1221 he received other lands as compensation.1
