Peter van Sittart1

Peter van Sittart was born on 13 January 1650/51.2 He was the son of William von Sittart and Eve Juncker.2 He married Susanna Sanderson, daughter of Robert Sanderson, on 3 October 1678.2 He died on 8 March 1705 at age 54.2
He emigrated to England arriving on 1670.2 He was a director of the East India Company.2

Reynold de Cobham, 1st Lord Cobham (of Sterborough)1

Reynold de Cobham, 1st Lord Cobham (of Sterborough) was born circa 1295.2 He was the son of Sir Reynold de Cobham and Joan d'Evere.2 He married Joan de Berkeley, daughter of Thomas de Berkeley, 3rd Lord Berkeley and Margaret Mortimer.1 He died on 5 October 1361, 'of the second pestilence'.1 He was buried at Lingfield Church, Lingfield, Surrey, EnglandG.2 His will was proven (by probate) on 7 October 1361 at Southwark, London, EnglandG.2
He fought in the campaigns in France and Flanders.2 He was appointed Knight Banneret in 1339.2 He held the office of Admiral of the Fleet in the West in 1344.2 He was created 1st Lord Cobham, of Sterborough, in Lingfield, Surrey [England by writ] on 13 November 1347.2 He held the office of Admiral of the Fleet in the West in 1348.2 He was appointed Knight, Order of the Garter (K.G.) circa 1353.2 He was Marshal of the the Prince's Army at Poitiers in 1356.2
