James George Stopford, 3rd Earl of Courtown1

James George Stopford, 3rd Earl of Courtown was born on 15 August 1765 at Berkeley Square, London, EnglandG.1 He was the son of James Stopford, 2nd Earl of Courtown and Mary Powys.1 He was baptised at St. George's Church, St. George Street, Hanover Square, London, EnglandG.1 He married Lady Mary Scott, daughter of Henry Scott, 3rd Duke of Buccleuch and Lady Elizabeth Montagu, on 29 January 1791 at Grosvenor Square, St. George Hanover Square, London, EnglandG.1 He died on 15 June 1835 at age 69 at The Cloisters, Windsor Castle, Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He died intestate and his estate was administered in August 1836.1
