Rosemary Diana Lavinia Plumer, daughter of Thomas Hall Rokeby Plumer, 2nd Viscount Plumer and Anne Monica Georgiana Tempest-Hicks, on 3 December 1949.1 He died on 17 December 2006 at age 79 at Edwardstone Hall, Boxford, Suffolk, EnglandG.2

Thomas Hall Rokeby Plumer, 2nd Viscount Plumer was born on 17 May 1890.2 He was the son of Field Marshal Herbert Charles Onslow Plumer, 1st Viscount Plumer and Annie Constance Goss.3 He married Anne Monica Georgiana Tempest-Hicks, daughter of Brig.-Gen. Henry Tempest-Hicks, on 26 July 1919.2 He died on 24 February 1944 at age 53.2
He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG.2 He fought in the First World War.2 He gained the rank of Captain in 1916 in the Canadian Army Service Corps.2 He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.)2 He was awarded the Croix de Guerre.2 He succeeded as the 2nd Baron Plumer, of Messines and of Bilton, co. York [U.K., 1919] on 16 July 1932.2 He succeeded as the 2nd Viscount Plumer, of Messines and of Bilton, co. York [U.K., 1929] on 16 July 1932.2 On his death, his titles became extinct.2
