Captain Philip Lloyd Neville1

Captain Philip Lloyd Neville was born on 7 October 1888.1 He was the son of Sir George Neville and Fairlie Florence Lloyd-Jones.1 He married Eleanor Fellowes, daughter of Duncan Campbell Fellowes, on 25 April 1942.1 He died on 23 August 1976 at age 87.1
He fought in the First World War.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Navy.1 He held the office of Gentleman Usher to HM King George VI between 1937 and 1952.1 He fought in the Second World War.1 He held the office of Gentleman Usher to HM Queen Elizabeth II between 1952 and 1967.1 He was appointed Commander, Royal Victorian Order (C.V.O.) in 1954.1 He held the office of Extra Gentleman Usher between 1967 and 1976.1
